Advanced Open Water
This course is the next progression in the PADI Diver certification ladder. Through knowledge and experience you will be able to explore wider interests and develop new skills.
The course involves 5 dives, two of which are Navigation and Deep diver specialties. You can then choose a further 3 dives from the PADI Speciality courses.
There are many speciality dives to choose from including: Wreck, Underwater Photography, Night, Diver Propulsion Vehicle and many more. The course is broken down as follows:

Prerequisite qualifying course
- PADI Open Water Course or Junior Open Water Course (or equivalent certification from another organization).
None
Minimum Age
What It Will Cost and What You Will Need
- Course Fee £175
- Crew Pack £30
- Proof of qualification and experience (log book and cards), must be provided on the first day of the course.
- Site entry fee. There is an entrance fee for open water dives requiring entry to an inland site, payable daily by the student. Current fees: Horsea Island £10, Vobster Quay £15. Boat fees where applicable start at £15.
- Wet suits, boots, gloves and fins are required for open water dives. These can be provided at competitive prices.
- Completed Medical Declaration Form, to be returned to us prior to the course starting.
A minimum of 4 people required for the course to take place.
